An easy recipe sure to bring good luck all year!
11 ounces Black-eyed Peas
2 cloves Peeled Garlic, minced
1 Fresh Organic Roma Tomato, seeded and diced small
2 tablespoons Basil, cut into ribbons
Kosher Salt to taste
Cracked Black Peppercorns to taste
Cook the blackeyed peas according to the package directions.
Once the peas are cooked, add the garlic and tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
Off the heat, add the basil and season with salt and pepper.
