1 pound Tamarillos ripe
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/3 cup Maui Onions
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Dice the Tamarillos and place in a non-metallic bowl. Add the onions.
Prepare dressing by mixing in a jar the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar until dissolved.
Add the olive oil and shake well. Add dressing to Tamarillos and mix well.
