3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons baby dill, finely chopped
In a bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, water, sugar, and salt and add oil in a stream, whisking until dressing is emulsified.
Whisk in dill. Refrigerate and serve with fresh vegetables, on fish or salads.
