2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup Red Onion, diced
1 teaspoon Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup Red Bell Peppers or Green Bell Peppers, diced
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
Place the tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, peppers, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread.
