1 whole California Blood Orange
½ cup Sour Cream or Mayonnaise
To juice Blood Orange, first soften citrus by rolling on a firm surface, then slice in half and juice with orange juicer.
Combine ½ cup sour cream or mayonnaise and 1½ to 2 tablespoons orange juice.
Blend well and chill until ready to use.
Spoon over your favorite green salad.
