2 cups leftover turkey meat, shredded
2 stalks celery (with leaves), chopped
1 Honeycrisp™ apple, cored and sliced
1 Green Dragon® apple, cored and sliced
1 cup Red Muscato™ grapes, halved
2 cups organic butter lettuce, torn
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup non-fat yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
In a large salad bowl, toss the turkey, celery, apple, grapes and pecans until combined.
Add dressing to salad, toss gently, and serve over torn butter lettuce.
