Nuts, jicama, and fresh summer fruits all rolled into one make this salad a flavor and texture sensation!

Ingredients

1/2 cup hazelnuts, roasted and chopped

1/2 pound jicama, peeled, rinsed and cut into matchsticks pieces
-
1/4 cup orange juice
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon chia seeds
-
1 teaspoon sugar
-
2 cups mini watermelon, cubed
-
2 cups organic cantaloupe, cubed
-
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
-
1 cup organic strawberries, rinsed, hulled and chunked

1 large Kiwi, peeled and sliced
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the jicama with orange and lemon juices, poppy seeds and sugar.
Add the rest of the fruit and toss. Top with the hazelnuts and serve.
