2 sliced orange tomatoes clusters
1/2 sliced red onion
1 sliced organic avocado
2 sliced starfruit
On each of four salad plates, arrange a bed of lettuce.
Layer the remaining ingredients in the order listed.
Drizzle with lemon vinaigrette or your favorite dressing.
