1 package Melissa’s Steamed Six Bean Medley
1 package Melissa’s Peeled & Steamed Garbanzo Beans
1 package Melissa’s Steamed Baby Beets
1 package Melissa’s Steamed Artichoke Hearts
Garlic salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
In a bowl, add the first 4 ingredients, garlic salt and pepper and toss to mix.
In another bowl, whisk together the vinegars. Add to the bean mixture and toss.
Serve or refrigerate for later use.
