4 cups Savoy Cabbage shredded
1 cup Roasted Cashews coarsely chopped
1/3 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup Organic Parsley chopped
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Organic Lemon juice freshly squeezed
1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
In a large bowl, toss together the first 4 ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
