These delicious cubed beets are already dressed, so simply open the package and put the beets straight into a bowl.
1 package Organic Baby Red Beets Peeled and Steamed
1/4 cup crumbled Bleu Cheese
Small handful Tarragon, Parsley or other fresh herbs (if desired)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix in the cheese and, if desired, add the herbs, salt and pepper.
