A glass of good white wine pairs nicely with this salad.
2 cups Organic Blueberries
2 packages Dried Cranberries
3 each Organic Valencia Oranges, segmented
4 cups Organic Spring Mix
Olive Oil and Basalmic Vinegar Dressing
Sea Salt Fresh
Ground Pepper
In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients.
Place the spring mix, evenly, on 4 salad plates and top with the berry mixture.
Add desired amount of dressing and season with salt and pepper.
Serve chilled.
