Ingredients

4 large tortillas
-
8 leaves Organic Leaf Lettuce
-
1 can tuna in spring water
-
2 organic carrots, shredded
-
1 large organic tomato
-
1 large Organic Bell Pepper (use Green Bell Pepper) seeded and sliced thin

4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

As needed Ranch Salad Dressing
Directions
Brush the tortillas with the dressing. Make sure to cover the entire surface all the way to the edges.
Place 2 lettuce leaves across the bottom edge. In a small bowl, mix the tuna with some of the wrap dressing and place on top of lettuce leaves.
Now place one-fourth of each of the remaining ingredients on top of the lettuce. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll it up as tight as possible, cut in half and place on a serving plate. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
Recipe Note
Sometimes I substitute the tuna with fresh, cooked shrimp.
