Place Garlic & Herb seasoning and water in the bottom of a steamer basket. Layer Bok Choy and Gai Lan on the top of the steam basket.
Place the fish on top of the vegetables. Steam basket over the simmering pot of water until the fish is cooked.
Garnish with diced red bell pepper. Serve with steamed rice.
