Ingredients

1 Organic Cabbage

4 Onions diced

2 Organic Celery

1 Organic Bell Pepper (use Green Bell Pepper), diced

1/2 cup Rice cooked

Salt to taste

1 cup Walnuts finely chopped

1 16 ounce can Whole Peeled Tomatoes
Directions
Cut out the hard core of the cabbage, boil for 10 minutes to soften leaves and then remove.
Heat oil in a skillet; add onions, celery and pepper. Fry until soft.
Add cooked rice, and stir-fry this mixture.
Remove from heat, add salt and walnuts, and mix well. Scoop approximately one tablespoon of mixture into a cabbage leaf and roll up.
Repeat until all ingredients are gone. Place the rolls in a large pot, adding tomatoes and enough water to cover them.
Cover and cook over a slow boil (medium heat) for about an hour.
