The combination of two ingredients native to tropical America, peppers and peanuts, occurs in these kabobs. In Nigeria, where they are served hot off the grill, they are very, very spicy.
2/3 cups Pasilla Chiles (crushed)
1 1/2 pounds beef, cut in 1.5 to 2 inch cubes
12 ounces beer
1 1/2 cups crushed peanuts
Marinate the beef in the beer for 3 to 4 hours.
Roll the beef cubes in a mixture of the peanuts and chile until they are completely covered. Put the cubes on skewers and grill over charcoal until done.
