A great way to use up that holiday bird!

Ingredients

3 cups Turkey, shredded or diced

1 Onion, peeled and chopped

4 cloves Peeled Garlic, finely chopped

1 cup Green Chile Sauce (see Tomatillo Sauce recipe)

2 cups Potatoes; peeled, cooked and diced into 1 inch cubes

1 cup Chicken Broth Turkey Broth or Vegetable Broth

Tamale Kits (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Use as a filling for your tamales.
