1 jar your favorite Pasta Sauce
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated and divided
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano, crushed
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
18 sheets Won Ton Wrappers
Mix ricotta and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese with spices. Set aside.
Bring water to a boil in large skillet, lower heat to a simmer. Add won tons a few at a time; boil till cooked, 30-60 seconds. Cooked won tons will float in the skillet.
Spread 1/4 pasta sauce in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Layer won ton, 1/2 cheese mixture and 1/4 sauce, repeat.
Top with third layer of wonton, covered with remaining sauce. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
Bake in 400 degree oven 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Garnish with basil.
