2 pounds Salmon Fillets
Spice Grinders, Garden Herb with Sea Salt
4 sprigs Dill
1/2 stick Butter (1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
Coat baking dish with olive oil to prevent fish from sticking. Place salmon in large baking dish, skin side down, and divide butter into 4 cubes; one cube for each piece. Top with a sprig of dill.
Season to taste with Garden and Herb Grinder.
Place in 350°F oven and bake for 10 minutes per inch of the thickness.
Serve hot.
