1/4 cup Mascarpone
2 teaspoons Powdered Sugar
1 Melissa’s Tree Ripened Mango – peeled; pitted; diced small
1/2 Melissa’s Pink Pineapple – peeled; diced small
8 Fresh Strawberries - diced small
8 Melissa’s French Style Crepes
In a bowl, add the first 5 ingredients and mix well.
To assemble, place one crepe onto another and roll into a cone shape. Spoon the fruit mixture into the cone and repeat for the remaining crepes.
