2 Peaches - sliced 1/8-inch thick (or substitute with your favorite variety of peaches)
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
Canola Oil as needed
Heat the oil in a pan with high sides to 350ºF.
Coat the peach slices with the flour and shake off the excess.
Carefully place the slices in the hot oil being careful not to over crowd the pan.
Fry them until golden brown, about 1 - 2 minutes.
Remove the chips from the oil and drain on paper towels.
