Not Your Typical “Door Stop” Moist ‘N Tasty Fruitcake

1 (9-ounce) package Melissa’s Dried Fruit Mix, or any combination of three (3-ounce) packages of Melissa’s Dried Fruit
1 1/2 teaspoons All-Purpose Flour
1/2 package Yellow Cake Mix (about 7 1/2-ounces)
2-ounces Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1/4 cup cold whole milk
1/4 cup rum
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Butter and lightly dust a 5-inch X 9-inch loaf pan with sugar.
Toss the dried fruit with the flour to coat.
Mix together the cake mix and the rest of the ingredients until creamy. Fold in the dried fruit and pour into the prepared loaf pan.
Place into the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Slightly cool for 5 minutes, remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
