Grilled Smores Sandwiches
Grilled S'mores Sandwiches

Unsalted Butter as needed
4 thick slices Sweet Bread such as Kings Hawaiian Bread
12 pieces Marshmallow Puffs (about 1/2 package)
2 bars Chocolate (such as Hershey's)
Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread and place, buttered side down, in the pan. Place ½ of the chocolate bars on each slice.
Cook until you get nice grill marks and the chocolate begins to melt. Remove from the pan and place on serving plates.
Using a skewer, pierce the marshmallows and heat over an open flame until they start to brown.
Place equal parts of the marshmallows over 2 slices of bread.
Top the sandwiches with the other 2 slices of bread and serve.
For a little more color, dust the sandwiches with powered sugar.
