6-8 Pixie Tangerines (you need 1 cup of juice) 2 zested, all juiced
1 box white, yellow, or chocolate cake mix
48-50 mini cupcake baking cups
Follow the cake box directions substituting the water with the juice. Once mixed, fold in the zest.
Fill the baking cups 2/3 full and bake as directed.
