Powered Sugar for Dusting
In a large skillet, heat the oil. When hot, quickly fry the tortilla until golden on both sides. This should only take about 1 minute per side. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
To serve, place the tortillas on a serving platter and drizzle with the honey and the dessert sauces. Dust them with a little powdered sugar and serve.
