1½ cups Flour
¾ cup White Sugar
¼ cup Brown Sugar, packed
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
⅓ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 cups Organic Blueberries
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin pan or line with muffin liners.
In bowl, combine flour, white sugar, brown sugar, salt and baking powder. In a separate bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, egg, milk and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries.
Fill muffin cups to the top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
