15 ounces Organic Apricots, halved
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
50 each Crackers (Buttered Variety) crumbled
1/2 cup Butter, Melted
Preheat oven to 325° F. In a 8 x 12 inch baking pan, layer half of apricots, brown sugar, cracker crumbs, and butter and repeat.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
