Ingredients: 7 cups almond flour; 2 cups honey; 2 tsp. vanilla extract; 2 tsp. rose water; 4 eggs; 1 cup slivered almonds (chopped); 1 cup cherry paste (sugar free); 3 oz. dried cherries (chopped); (Substitute with dried apricots or figs in place of cherries if unavailable)

Ingredients

7 cups almond flour
2 cups honey
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. rose water
4 eggs
1 cup slivered almonds (chopped)
1 cup cherry paste (sugar free)
3 oz. dried cherries (chopped)
(Substitute with dried apricots or figs in place of cherries if unavailable)

Directions

Reserve cherry paste and dry cherries for garnish.
Mix wet ingredients well. Fold in Almond Flour to make a dough, slowly add. Set in blast chiller purple scoop.
Scoop dough then roll cookies in almonds. Press cookie w/ thumb then fill with cherry paste and garnish with dry cherries.
Bake 350 F for 15 minutes.
