The classic Bronx cocktail traditionally combines gin, orange juice, sweet vermouth, and dry vermouth, creating a light, citrus-forward drink similar to a martini with added fruit juice.
2 oz. Gin
½ oz. Dry Vermouth
½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 Ojai Pixie Tangerine, juiced
Fill a cocktail shaker 2/3 full of ice.
Add the gin, both Vermouths and the tangerine juice.
Cover and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
The key to a good drink is fresh ice and fresh squeezed citrus.
Though not the same, if Ojai Pixie Tangerines are not in season, fresh Cara Cara Oranges, Heirloom Navels, or three Kishu Mandarins will be good stand-ins.
