California Ojai Pixie Tangerines make this classic cocktail sunnier!
Ice, freshly made
1 ½ oz. Tequila
½ oz. simple syrup
3 Ojai Pixie Tangerines; 2 juiced, 1 peeled and segmented for garnish
1 oz. pineapple juice
Grenadine, as needed
Place the ice in a glass.
Fill cocktail shaker 2/3 full of ice and add the tequila, simple syrup, tangerine juice and pineapple juice.
Cover and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
Garnish with a tangerine wedge and serve.
Use freshly made ice for a quality flavored drink.
