1 Cherimoya, ripe
14 ounces organic tofu (use soft tofu)
6 ounces organic strawberries, puree
8 ounces orange juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cups ice cubes (small cubes)
Remove skin and seeds from the Cherimoya (1 Cherimoya yields approximately 5 to 6 ounces of pulp).
Wash, trim and puree the strawberries.
Drain off excess liquid from Tofu.
Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.
