1 cup ripe Sapote, peeled and seeded
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 whole egg
1 dash cinnamon
1/2 cup milk ice cubes (crushed)
Mix all ingredients in a blender and add about ½ cup cracked ice.
Blend until smooth and serve at once.
