1 cup ripe Sapote, peeled and seeded
1 cup Plain Yogurt 3 tablespoons Honey
1 whole Egg
1 dash Cinnamon
1/2 cup Milk Ice Cubes (crushed)
Mix all ingredients in a blender and add about ½ cup cracked ice.
Blend until smooth and serve at once.
