1 Sugar Cube or 1 packet of Cane Sugar
Bitters
½ oz. Elderflower Liqueur
1 Ojai Pixie Tangerine, juiced
2 ½ oz. Champagne
Place the sugar in the bottom of a glass.
Add a few drops of the bitters.
Add the elderflower and tangerine juice.
Top with the champagne and garnish with a tangerine twist.
