Blend 1/2 cantaloupe and pass through a fine mesh strainer.
Peel; seed and cube 6 Pepino Melons.
Blend and pass through a fine mesh strainer.
In a saucepan, add 1/2 cup Water and 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, add 1/2 cup Fresh Basil and steep for 2 minutes. Remove and discard the basil.
Place the cantaloupe juice, pepino melon juice, the basil simple syrup and some ice into a large jar or pitcher with a lid and shake for 20 seconds. Strain over ice-filled glasses and serve.
