5 ice cubes
1 cup Cara Cara Oranges juice, frozen
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Serve immediately. Store unused smoothie in container and keep chilled in the refrigerator.
