12-14 Meyer Lemons, juiced, enough for 2 cups
1 two-inch piece Fresh Turmeric, peeled, chopped
4 cups Cold Water
½ cup Granulated Sugar or to taste
Place the juice and turmeric in a blender and spin until smooth.
Add the water and sugar and mix well until sugar is dissolved.
Serve over ice.
Garnish with fresh slices of turmeric, if desired.
