Creamy Date Shake

1 cup Melissa’s Red Walnuts
10 (about 1 cup) Melissa’s Organic Almond Rolled Dates
1 cup Whole Milk
3 cups Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Heat a non-stick sauté pan over high heat and add the walnuts, stirring often. Heat the walnuts until they get a little color, about 2 minutes. Let cool.
In a blender, add the walnuts and the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
