1 cup Sugar
1 cup Warm Water
4 Organic Lemons, zested
6 cups Cold Water
1 package Jamaica (Hibiscus Pod)
Ice Cubes as needed
Bring sugar, water, and lemon zest to a boil. Set aside to cool.
Place jamaica and cold water in a container; stir.
Let set for 30 minutes.
Strain the jamaica water and the sugar into a large pitcher.
Add ice and serve.
You can also substitute oranges for the lemons.
