For every 2 ounce bag of Hibiscus Pod, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
Add the dried flowers, honey, orange peel, clove, and cinnamon to the boiling water and stir.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and allow to stand for 1 hour.
Strain into a pitcher.
Add the lime juice.
Taste for sweetness and tartness, and adjust if necessary.
Cover and refrigerate.
When serving, dilute with as much water, orange juice, or sparkling water as you like, then pour over ice.
