1½ cups Orange Juice, fresh
1½ cups Vanilla Yogurt
3 South African Baby Pineapples, peeled, cubed and frozen
Simple Syrup to taste
¾ cup Pineapple Sherbet
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Water
Heat the sugar and water in a sauce pan to a boil.
Remove from the heat and let cool.
In an electric blender, mix all remaining ingredients until smooth.
Serve in ice cold glasses immediately.
