8 Organic Valencia Oranges juice, freshly squeezed
3 cups Lemon-Lime Soda
1 pint French Vanilla Ice Cream, divided
Puree orange juice, soda, and half of the ice cream in a blender.
Quickly pour into serving glasses and top with scoops of the remaining ice cream.
I like to garnish this with a mint leaf or fresh raspberries.
