14 ounces organic firm tofu
6 ounces cherimoya pulp
8 ounces orange juice
2 tablespoons Meyer lemons juice
1½ cups ice cubes
Remove skin and seeds from 1 - 2 Cherimoyas (1 Cherimoya yields approximately 5 to 6 ounces of pulp).
Place Cherimoya pulp and remaining ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.
