3 medium Organic Carrots, roughly chopped
¾ cup Water, boiling
1½ cups Apple Juice
In a small saucepan cook carrots, covered, in the 3/4 cup boiling water about 20 minutes or until very tender. Cool.
Transfer carrots and cooking liquid to blender container. Add apple juice.
Cover; blend until carrot is smooth. Add additional apple juice to make of desired consistency. Chill.
