20 grams Solgar’s Natural Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (1 level scoop)
1 small Banana
2 tablespoons Organic Roasted Golden Flax Seed
3 Ice Cubes
6 ounces Mineral Water
Place milk, whey powder, banana, and flaxseed into a blender and purée until smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend an additional 20 seconds.
Serve immediately.
