1 cup Melissa's Hatch Chile Peppers, roasted or grilled, peeled and seeded (about 2 peppers)
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
Pinch of salt, about ½ teaspoon
2 garlic cloves
1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve with your choice of crackers, chips or sliced veggies.
