Rich, jewel-toned guava paste is a luxury ingredient with old-world charm — its firm, sliceable texture and honeyed, floral-tart flavor make it endlessly versatile, equally at home paired with buttery manchego, stacked on a sweet pepper, or served alongside salty cured meats. Grazing boards make the perfect centerpiece for effortless entertaining, and this colorful spread has something for every palate. A generous block of Melissa's Guava Paste anchors the board with its glossy, garnet hue. It's as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat.
