Sweet, colorful mini peppers filled with a creamy blend of goat cheese and cream cheese, then lightly baked until perfectly tender—an irresistibly simple and elegant appetizer.
7 ounces Organic Vine Sweet Mini Peppers
1/2 cup goat cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
Wash and cut tops from peppers (save tops).
Mix goat and cream cheese.
Stuff pepper cavities with cheese mixture.
Replace tops, they will stick on peppers with cheese.
Bake on baking sheet in 350°F oven for 15 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
