Melissa’s Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles are a quintessential Japanese food that is all natural, has no fat, is low-sodium, gluten free, and soy free. Made from the root of the konnyaku or konjac plant, Melissa’s Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles are a very low-calorie food, containing a good amount of soluble dietary fiber in the form of glucomannan from the konnyaku plant, plus some traces of minerals like calcium and iron.

Extremely versatile, use Melissa’s Shirataki just as you’d use traditional udon, yakisoba, or regular pasta noodles. They are terrific in soups, sautés, stir-fries, or simply heated and tossed with fresh vegetables and your favorite sauce, for a quick and easy, low-calorie dinner.
