Use Melissa's Perfect Pineapple in fruit salad, stir fry, or baked goods. You can also mix some into your favorite beverage, skewer on a sweet chicken kabob or make a sweet and tangy summer salsa.

Melissa's Perfect Pineapples are best when ripened at room temperature. After cutting or ripening, store in the refrigerator for a few days.

Choose pineapples with a sweet aroma and a firm texture. Pineapples have a great shelf life; they should last a week or two.

Hawaii prohibits the shipment of any pineapple into their state.
