Oyster Mushrooms are trumpet shaped mushrooms that grow in clumps. They have a gray to light brown color and a mild flavor with a velvety texture.

The mild earthy flavor goes perfect with Asian foods, also in pork or game dishes. Oyster mushrooms can be served as a main course or appetizer and will add flavor and texture to sauces, main dishes, and stir-fries.

Available year-round, Oyster Mushrooms are hand selected for excellent quality. Store them up to a week in refrigeration.

Wash thoroughly or soak in water before cooking.
